Mentors needed to encourage and work with a family in the Helping Hands Partnership. Requires weekly contact (phone, email) and monthly face-to-face with someone working towards personal goals to help them reach self-sufficiency. Training provided and required. You will be matched with a family or person needed help in your area of expertise. Examples include resume and job skills, education goals, personal health and fitness.

Description
EACM's Vision statement is "An empowered community where every person is fed, sheltered, and safe". EACM tries to meet these standards through a food pantry, emergency financial assitance for rent or utilities, Latino outreach programs, Meals on Wheels, and Helping Hands Partnership. EACM partners with 39 faith communities in our area to work together to help families in need.
