Help clients achieve employment/self-sufficiency by:

  • assisting them with obtaining bank accounts, state IDs, etc.;
  • Teaching clients to utilize public transportation;
  • Coaching clients for employment through resume writing, interviewing skills, online job searches, etc.;
  • And conducting disaster preparedness workshops.
Position located at Church World Service.

Description

Members are placed with partner agencies to do one or more of the following activities:

  • Provide employment coaching and placement, volunteer recruitment and management, interpretation services, and disaster preparedness
  • Provide ESOL, citizenship education, social services, case management, and related services to immigrant and refugees.
