Join Friends of Hendricks Park and Eugene Park Stewards for a big planting project in the forest! Fall is the best time to get native plants established with the soils still relatively warm from summer but moistened by the recent rains. We’ll provide the tools, gloves and snacks, you provide the clothes and sturdy shoes that can get dirty and the fun attitude. Contact Mieko at mieko.e.aoki@ci.eugene.or.us or 541-510-4636 to RSVP or for more information.
