The Ernest Hemingway Museum in Oak Park is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic individuals to serve as museum greeters Monday through Friday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Greeters welcome guests, provide information about the Museum and Hemingway Birthplace Home, offer directions and collect visitor data. Greeters work with the Museum's bookstore manager to sell tickets and merchandise and answer visitor requests.

The Ernest Hemingway Foundation of Oak Park fosters understanding of the life and work of Ernest Hemingway, with emphasis on his Oak Park origins and his impact on world literature. This mission reflects the Foundation's belief in the importance of the written word and the value of thoughtful reading and writing.
Description
The Hemingway Foundation operates the Hemingway Birthplace Home in Oak Park, Ill. Tours are provided Wednesday through Sunday. We also sponsor cultural and educational programming throughout the year, including book lectures and writing workshops, Hemingway's Birthday Celebration, and other special events.
