Public Relations/Social Media Coordinator

• Strong writing skills
• Identify opportunities for placement of pertinent information relative to Hazael Haven’s goals and initiatives
• Research and develop creative content for all marketing collateral, including feature articles, press releases, newsletter, website, print materials, email blasts, Hazael Haven blog, and social media platforms
• Coordinate media interest in Hazael Haven and ensure regular contact with targeted media affiliates and appropriate responses to media requests
• Manage and schedule email campaigns
• Produce scripts for direct communications such as speeches for workshops, fundraisers, or personal appearances as needed
• Be well versed in all social media outlets including but not limited to; Wordpress Blog, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Flickr, LinkedIn, and YouTube, etc.
• Manage all Hazael Haven social media platforms (i.e. post relevant content to facebook and twitter accounts, keep them updated daily)
• Participate in Hazael Haven group activities and events
• Perform similar duties as assigned
