Description
Community Health Charities of America (CHCA) works to improve the lives of people affected by a disability or chronic disease by uniting caring donors in the workplace with our nation’s most trusted health charities. For more than half a century, CHCA has partnered with its member health charities in the workplace to provide a cost effective partnership that enhances the ability to deliver more of every dollar donated into the hands of those who desperately need it. Through its nationwide network of 36 affiliate offices, CHCA connects the American workplace to more than 1,200 credible charities focused on addressing our nation’s most pressing health issues.
As a value-added program of Community Health Charities of America, Health Matters at Work draws on the educational, service and programmatic resources available through more than 50 national member health organizations to create a dynamic chronic disease program.
Health Matters at Work is a comprehensive web and workplace-based health initiative that helps businesses, employees and their families learn about prevention of chronic disease, as well as manage chronic health conditions more effectively.
