Although we serve the Artists, musicians, writers & performers of our area you do not need to be in the Arts. We seek individuals who recognize & apprectiate local Arts & the positive impact the Arts has on a community.

The Arts Council of West Chester & Liberty’s mission is to benefit and inspire the community through Art. We carry out our mission by providing Arts programing, creating opportunities for local artists and acting as advocates for the Arts in our community. The Arts are essential to a dynamic and thriving community. We strive to envolve all community members including individuals, families, small business, corporations and community organizations and adminastration.
