The People Lead serves as the recruitment and engagement lead on the Event Leadership Team. Individuals in this role lead the recruitment and engagement of teams, survivors, caregivers, and individuals. The People Lead needs to possess strong leadership and mentoring skills, and should be comfortable developing and cultivating relationships within the community. Responsibilities include creating and executing development strategies to grow participation and ensuring that recruitment supports ability to reach fundraising goals.
