Angkor Resource Center is seeking 20 enthusiastic and committed volunteers for a Voter Engagement Project. If you like to learn about or interact with people from other cultures, you will love this opportunity!! The project has several tasks which are the following

1) Phonebanking
2) Door-to-Door Canvassing ("Cherry Hill" neighborhood, 5-10 minutes from the airport).
3) Managing information tables (Designated locations in Clayton/Fulton counties)
4) Voter Engagement Day Event @ the Capitol(10/24) - THE EVENT IS FROM 9AM-12PM.

If you cannot help out with all 4 tasks, that is OK. We appreciate any help we are able to receive. FOR TASKS 1, 2, & 3, We need volunteers ASAP!

Volunteers of all backgrounds and experience are WELCOMED! Experience with voter engagement, outreach and or phone banking is a PLUS!!

Angkor Resource Center, Inc. is a Social Services Center/Multi-Cultural Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) Organization that serves low-income Asian-Americans, Hispanics and other ethnic groups in Clayton & Henry Counties who still remain to be the most undeserved, isolated, vulnerable and hard-to-reach residents. The organization has a variety of programs to handle various unmet needs. ARC’s programs and services are open to people of all races and ethnicity.
