We are needing some excited, fun-loving volunteers to join our team as program aids. We have anywhere from 50-75 kids come every afternoon who are in need of extra supervision and attention. As a program aid you are able to interact with the youth in a positive way and serve as a role model and friend. It is similar to being a camp counselor! You come and spend time with them in the afternoons, helping to make sure that everyone gets checked in and is going to the appropriate stations depending on their group! We would love to have you join us!

"Doing the Most Good" is The Salvation Army's national brand strategy and distinct identifiable message. Moreover, it is a promise the organization makes to its contributors, clients, associates, officers and employees. The Salvation Army pledges to do the most good with contributions of money, time and resources, evidenced in that 83 cents of every dollar donated are directly allocated to services that assist people in need.
The promise of the brand consists of a twofold approach for employees.
