Program: Reading Partners
Location: Vaughn Elementary School, 1155 Vaughn Street, Aurora, CO 80011
Days/Times: Monday-Thursday, varying times 8:45am-3:30pm
Description: As a Reading Partner, you have the chance to encourage and empower students K-3 who have fallen behind their grade level in reading. Our structured curriculum requires no prior education experience! Build relationships with students, teach valuable academic skills and support your local elementary school. Volunteer as little as 1 hour per week. Substitutes also needed on a less regular basis. We can work with your schedule and are in great need of tutors at Vaughn Elementary School for the 2014-15 school year! Become a Reading Partner today!

Description
The Senior Hub's programs are designed to engage older Americans in meaningful volunteer activities in their local communities, and to provide services which will allow them to remain independently in their homes for as long as possible.
Senior Hub's RSVP - SHOUT (Senior Hub Outreach) helps people to find service opportunities in their own communities that match their personal interests and utilize their skills and lifelong experiences. Volunteers schedules are flexible and hours range from 2-20 hours a week.
