Come and get your hand caught in the cookie jar! Girl Scout Cookie season is an extremely busy time in our offices, especially on Thursdays and Fridays from 10am-4pm. All of our staff and troop leaders appreciate the help they receive in the cookie cupboard from volunteers like you.
Volunteers fill orders, take returns from customers and help count inventory. The volunteer must be able to lift cookie cases weighing 5-10 pounds and be comfortable on a step stool or ladder getting cases from the top of the pallets. Close attention to detail is a must. Bonus- Girl Scout Cookie t-shirt is provided when a volunteer commits to assisting for the entire season!

Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts is an organization dedicated to girls and is a leader in innovative girl programming and collaboration. GSEM serves nearly 33,000 girls, ages 5-18, from 178 communities in Eastern Massachusetts. Our community of nearly 15,000 adult members includes volunteers, parents, caregivers, staff, alumnae, students, and professionals. Volunteers use their expertise, skills, interests, and life experience to shape fun and enriching leadership experiences for girls, and inspire them to reach their personal best. Volunteers help council staff facilitate the New Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls through exciting program opportunities: leadership/self-esteem, financial literacy, travel, health/wellness, science, technology, engineering, and math. Volunteers choose from several flexible options that fit their lifestyles, including short-term or long-term service working either directly or indirectly with girls.
