This year, LSC’s Arizona Youth Sports Day will inform and entertain 275 youth at ICAN: Positive Programs for Youth, in Chandler, Arizona.With the help of dedicated volunteers, like Seth Graham, who recommended ICAN, sponsors and partners (including Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University, FOX Sports AZ, Phoenix International Raceway, Experience Nutrition, CamColvin Inc, USAA Basketball, Give N Go Hoops, ServRX, Brotha Love Productions, and many others), youth attending ICAN’s after-school programs, will hear from professionals about their careers in sports; learn football and basketball skills from volunteer coaches and retired players; and participate in a nutrition workshop.
