We are building Mt. Burdell Place, a development of 10 single-family, Green­Point-rated homes in Marin County (1112 4th Street in Novato)!

The volunteer day is from 8:00am-4:00pm Wednesdays-Saturdays. Volunteers will be helping with framing, plumbing, painting, dry walling, siding and so much more!

There is no experience required to volunteer with us and we provide and the tools and instructions you’ll need to complete the tasks designated to you. Approximately 85% of construction is completed by volunteers just like you, and with your investment of time and support,

we can make homeownership a reality for deserving families in our community. Be part of this amazing green development, learn new skills, give back to your community, and help 10 deserving families achieve the American dream of homeownership.

Although we are largely known for our new construction projects that make homeownership accessible to low-income families, we also work with existing homeowners to keep their homes by providing low-cost home repairs. Together with a caring community, generous donors, and dedicated staff, Habitat GSF works to help hard-working families build futures and the most vulnerable of our community age in place and preserve their legacy.
