Reminiscence therapy is a valuable field that has been used with seniors individually and as a group process.
A Reminiscence/Nostalgia (R/N) Volunteer engages aging-in-place seniors and seniors living in senior communities to utilize multimedia produced by the Life Story Channel that is accompanied by written activities and exercises.
A R/N Volunteer iniitates stories and discussions from watching and reading multimedia, help post comments to relevant social media pages (like i.e. Neil Armstrong Air & Space MUseum) and assist with library research databases.
RF's are reimbursed for travel and continued support.
