Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes is part of the American Diabetes Association's Stop Diabetes movement and the signature one-day, fundraising and awareness walk taking place in 135 cities across the United States. Step Out helps raise money that will change the future of diabetes and the lives of 29 million American children and adults living with diabetes today.
