Full Description

UniversalGivingTM, an award-winning global social-entrepreneurship nonprofit organization, is seeking a Financial Expert who will help UniversalGiving increase our global impact through international giving and volunteering. This high-level professional will work with our CEO on SROI and organizational goals. You are a mastermind with Financial Models/Excel, which will help us achieve greater results. Our goal in working with you is higher level, integrated reporting.

Results tracking include outputs such as number of donations, # of volunteers, # of volunteer hours (to date we have given more than 24 million in volunteer hours, through global service trips), across different countries and issues. We also want to measure outcomes such as lives changed or disaster relief situations alleviated. Sources include: website results; traffic reports; SEO; Social Media; Revenue as measured against our goals.

As a social entrepreneurship organization, we generate revenue and are at times cash flow positive, and we have an SROI (but needs to be updated). We need an expert to integrate results from different sources, and help us examine them from a mulitfaceted perspective. Our goal is to drive more results and leverage our impact, worldwide.

Duration: Minimum 15-20 hours per week required for the duration of the internship, at least a minimum of 3 to 4 months. Ideal candidates are available to work out of our San Francisco office 3-4 days/week (Monday through Friday) with possibly some work completed remotely.
