PLACEMENT PURPOSE
To provide technical support to the Milwaukee office and backup to the IT department
OPEN TIME DAYS
4-8 hours monthly
Requires the volunteer to perform the work on-site at the Milwaukee Chapter during normal business hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.
REQUIRED TRAINING- Orientation to American Red Cross
- Jobspecific training (e.g. Chapter I.T> Support ticketing system)
- Additional American Red Cross mission based training
