Administrative support is needed to add value to our Center for Working Families program. The volunteer will conduct warm calls to previous participants and updating records both digitally and manually.

Volunteer will conduct warm calls to current and previous participants to update case records both digitally and manually. Assist with services re-engagement and or program completion. Volunteer must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish), have customer service and data entry experience, and understand client confidentiality.

The committment will take place from October-December, at least 12 hours every week.
