Come join AYS in helping with our Winter Chill event on December 2nd. This event will serve our youth in need and give them a Holiday experience they might not receive otherwise.
The Prep Team will assist with food preparation and
decorating the banquet hall for our guests. This includes
unloading the food and preparing dishes for
the 6:00 dinner. Volunteers will also decorate
the banquet hall.

Description
Associated Youth Services (AYS) began in 1912, as a Mennonite Children's Orphanage. Since 1972, AYS has been an independent, nonprofit agency, serving at-risk adolescents 12-19 years old.
Today, AYS continues the long tradition of providing a variety of community-based services across the state of Kansas for youth and their families. Our programs include: AYS Academy (GED preparation); Home Ties (a youth residential center for boys); ADAPT (an outpatient drug and alcohol program for teens), a statewide Foster Care progra , and a community health program that provides outreach and prevention programs in Wyandotte County.
