Looking for someone who is 55 plus. Volunteers interested in assisting Museum staff during special events throughout the year can apply. Volunteers will assist the Museum staff, before, during, and after events on site.
Responsibilities may include: Engaging and interacting with visitors, giving directions and answering questions about exhibits, events, programs, and classes, and circulating at events, and keeping track of visitor attendance numbers. Volunteers also, provide staff with relevant feedback or information from visitors, assist with clean up activity after events, including setting up and breaking down tables, and other tasks as assigned
Requirements: A background in art is not required; however an interest in art or museums and a desire to engage the public is most welcome.
