Volunteer teams hand out programs to the public, offer basic event info (restrooms, recycling bin locations, etc), and check on drinking water supplies. When the event ends at 3pm, volunteers assist Open Space Authority staff in taking down small pop-up canopies, collect empty water jugs, and other miscelaneous tasks.
