The Peoria Regional Office of the Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission is seeking a dedicated and hard-working volunteer to assist with filing in an office environment that supports professional staff who work with individuals with disabilities. The Commission serves persons with disabilities through its Office of State Guardian, a public guardianship program, its Human Rights Authority which investigates disability rights violations and its Legal Advocacy Service which provides legal representation for persons with disabilities. Put your organizational skills to work to help this good cause. Any amount of time that you can contribute would be helpful. Days and times are flexible within office business hours.
