We are seeking volunteers to help with a mulching and landscaping project at Buffaloe Road Athletic Park on Saturday, October 18 from 9am-12pm.
Volunteers will assist with spreading mulch throughout the entire park. Our Parks staff will provide gloves and all of the tools/supplies needed to complete the project. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting dirty and closed toed shoes. It is also recommended that you bring a water bottle. Project will take place RAIN or SHINE.
To volunteer, you must be at least 14 years old. Those under the age of 16 will need a parent/guardian to accompany them at the project.
Per department policies, this volunteer opportunity is not to be used towards court-appointed community service hours.
