We are seeking volunteers to receive and greet visitors to City Hall. This position includes a high volume of customer service both in person and on the phone. Volunteers will also support administrative staff with clerical tasks on occasion. This position offers a great opportunity to interact with other City staff members as well as City Council members and citizens of Ocala. You'd be helping visitors feel welcome as they step into the lobby of City Hall. . . such a rewarding opportunity!
