PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Assist Red Cross in delivering mission by educating community members, organizations, and agencies to prevent and prepare for emergencies.

OPEN TIME DAYS
Approximately 4 hours per presentation (includes travel, setup and presentation) Suggested presenting minimum of 4 times per year

REQUIRED TRAINING
  • Region/Chapter Volunteer Orientation
  • Disaster Services: An Overview (modules one and two)
  • Diversity Sensitivity and Awareness eLearning (recommended)
  • Other Disaster Services classes, as recommended by DS staff
