PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Services to Armed Forces
OPEN TIME DAYS
Military support casework: At least once a week. During training period, casework should be done in SJ office; after the first few weeks, casework may be done at home.
Developing Casework Service Partnerships/Community Outreach: Varies; SAF Committee meetings occur once a month.
Special Events and Briefings: Events occur on｠ weekends
REQUIRED TRAININGMilitary Support Casework - Complete 2 online courses; Meet with Client Services Coordinator for additional training; Military background or knowledge recommended.
Developing Casework Service Partnerships/Community Outreach - Military background or knowledge recommended.
Special Events and Briefings - Public speaking skills and military background/knowledge recommended.
