Looking for volunteers to serve on Refreshments Committee For Children's Home & Aid2014 Children's Holiday ShoppeHelp us put fragile children on a better path and keep them there!
We are starting the planning for the 2014 Children's Holiday Shoppe. You don't need to be an expert...all you need to bring is your ideas and willingness to be involved in one our most fun events of the year!
Committee Responsibilities:
Approximately (5) 1 hour meetings from now until Nov. 29th, some individual tasks and periodically during event in December.
- Contact & secure refreshment prospects for volunteer and waiting areas
- Set up refreshment stations for volunteer and waiting areas
- Coordinate daily pick-up and deliver to Shoppe
- Daily volunteers to assist with daily replenish
- Send thank you notes to refreshment donors
Great way to get involved for almost any age, 16 and over.
