Come to La Semilla and Help us with our Homework and Projects!

We need volunteers to provide homework support to a small group of children in grades 1st through 4th.

Day(s) Mondays through Thursdays Time: 3:30-5:00 p.m.

What makes us different

-Low student volunteer ratio of 3 or 4 children per adult.

-No preparation needed. All materials included.

-HS and College Community Service Credit

-Safe learning environment.

Located at First Presbyterian Church of Santa Ana.

-Enclosed, free parking provided.

-Elevator accessible

-Beautiful classrooms, incredible books, materials and resources to support learning.

-You select the day(s) you would like to sign up for.

-Wonderful, loving children! -Excellent student attendance!

-Accommodating and organized staff! Join us!

Volunteers must be at least 16.

Description

La Semilla Learning Center offers free after school homework help and academic enrichment to inner-city Santa Ana elementary school students. With the exception of our Director we are an all volunteer non-profit organization.
