Please Live is a small 501(c)3 nonprofit located in south central Pennsylvania that focuses on education and awareness for teenage mental health issues, particularly depression, anxiety, and suicide prevention. Our target audience is high schoolers and college aged students. Our free program aims to get into schools, youth groups, and other community venues to educate students on what it means to have a mental illness, how to help a friend who may be struggling, and what happens during treatment.

We have an immediate need for someone well versed in nonprofit and/or business finance, accounting, and taxes.

Volunteer Duties:

- Oversee financial records
- Assist in creating and implementing budget
- Assist in researching and applying for grants
- Oversee yearly tax reporting (Please Live has gross receipts <$50k)
- Be familiar with laws regarding PA nonprofit finance
- Assist in tax exempt applications
- Create and present charts, graphs, and reports outlining revenue, expenses, etc.
