On November 1st, 2014 Chris4Life will need volunteers to help the 3rd Annual Scope It Out Detroit 5K run smoothly. This year it will be held at Rivard Plaza on the Detroit Riverwalk. A portion of the funds raised will be donated to the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute to conduct the absolute latest cutting edge colon cancer research.
You may be asked to help with one or several activities:
- Set up on the morning of the event
- Register participants
- Work a water station
- Be a course marshal to ensure participants stay on course and are safe
- Help clean up after the event
Every person that volunteers for this event will ultimately help us find a cure for colon cancer once day! The event could not run with out YOUR HELP! Thank you so very much for considering volunteering for this event!

Description
The 3rd Annual Scope It Out 5K Run/Walk Detroit, presented by Chris4Life will be held on Saturday November 1st, 2014 at Rivard Plaza on the Riverwalk in Detroit.
Last year was a huge success and we know this year will be even bigger! The goal of the 3rd Annual Detroit Scope It Out 5K Run / Walk is to raise over $150,000, which will fund the latest cutting edge research being conducted by the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute and fund Chris4Life’s Love Your Butt awareness campaign in the Detroit area.
