On October 18 and 19, 2014, Kidspace Children’s Museum and the Circle of Friends will host the 18th Pumpkin Festival in Brookside Park, just outside the museum. During the course of the two days, the festival will host over 20,000 visitors and families to celebrate the fall in a safe and fun environment. We will provide entertainment, food, rides, games, crafts, and more! Participants will join costume parades, win prizes, and dance to festive music from around the world.

To accomplish this great and wonderful task, we are seeking adult and youth volunteers (ages 13 years and older) to help staff the Pumpkin Festival. Volunteers will be assisting at various activity stations, and are needed to work at least one three-hour shift during the weekend. If volunteers would like to give additional time, there are plenty of opportunities to volunteer for more than one shift! The deadline for volunteer sign ups is Friday October 3rd.

Shifts are: 9am-12:15pm; 12-3:15pm; 3-6:15pm

This is Kidspace's biggest fundraiser of the year, and we'd love your help in making it a success! (Adult volunteers are especially encouraged to apply!)

If interested, please respond to this posting, indicating the days and shifts you would like to volunteer!
