A weekend, out-of-school program needs mentors to provide tutoring services for students in grades 3-5. Position offers free admission to company events, and occasional stipends. If hired, the mentor will be required to participate in the "2015 Halloween Wizard of Oz Science Fair" fundraiser for Chicago kids. Sponsors for the 2013 event were BioRad, Hinckley Springs, Cosi Sandwiches, Five Guys, Welch’s Fruit Snacks, Lucky Strike Bowling, Paradise 4 Paws, Outback Steakhouse, The Cheesecake Factory, Toastmasters, Skydeck Chicago, Windy City Property Management, and the Bronzeville Children’s Museum.

As part of our continuing endeavor to foster the creativity and imagination of young people, the Rebecca Everlene Trust Company will be offering support in the subjects of science and math through the Intellectual Practice Program leading up to this event, where students will present their projects. Childhood should represent a time of magic and wonder for children; a time where no idea is too outlandish or fantastical. While in this program, we invite the children to let go of their boundaries and join the ranks of Albert Einstein, Marie Curie, Mae Jemison, and Guillermo Gonzalez Camarena.

With the stage set for this program to provide children with unique support unlike any other program, we hope to gain your support for the cause. The best and most imaginative projects will be patented, and marketed for the world to see. The young scholars will of course be acknowledged for all of their hard work and receive full credit. Your time and involvement could help us make this dream a reality, and for that, we would always be grateful. Thank you so much for giving us your valuable time, and we look forward to hearing from you.
