Many exciting volunteer opportunities are available! The Arizona Walk Now for Autism Speaks is a grassroots fundraising and awareness event that unites 25,000 walkers. The Walk includes a 5K and one mile family fun route; Kids' Zone with bouncers and costume characters; main stage entertainment and an autism Community Resource Fair, with nearly 50 participants and child-friendly activities. For the fourth year, Sprouts Farmers Market will be on site with an impressive "Sprouts Vendor Village," where the grocer's vendors will come together to provide free product samples, activities and more. This year, a $5 donation will allow you to enter the Village and experience the new circus theme, dubbed "Under the Big Top" --stilt walkers, balloon animals and face painting will be among the fun!

In Arizona, Autism Speaks partners with the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) for the walk. Together these two non-profits are committed to improving the quality of life for families affected by autism now while advancing research and public policy.
