1.Animal Habitat ambassador: Volunteers are stationed in the animal habitats area.These ambassadors interact with visitors providing information regarding each animal on display at Grandfather Mountain.
2. Mile High Swinging Bridge Host: Volunteers are stationed in front of the Swinging Bridge to greet guests, share park information and to answer any questions to help enhance the vistor experience.
3.Museum and Hospitality Host: Volunteers greet guests, share park information and spend time in the museum sharing information with guests about our natural history exhibits.
4. Education Assistant: aid our naturalists and interpreters by helping asist in daily educational programs and outdoor activities.
5. Other oppurtunities include: gardening/butterfly garden, group projects, parking and traffic control on busy weekends and holidays,Conservation and Stewardship pograms...
