We are a hearing loss support group. We need a Videographer to record/refine/develop some Public Service Announcements we would like to make and we hold a 'Hearing Wellness Expo' each year. The PSA recordings can be done at any time, once we have them scripted. We would like to record at various times, as we are prepared.
Our next Expo is February 20, 2016. We need a Vidiographer for the following Expo activity:
* Record a Public Service Announcement (PSA) that we will use to promote our Expo. We may need copies of this to be in a specific format, as defined by the broadcaster (ie, Brighthouse).
* Record the 4 Seminar Sessions that will be presented at our Expo. Preferable, a two camera arrangement....one for the presenter....the other for during the Q/A sessions to capture audience members and the speaker. But, we can work with just one camera.
* Record random Expo activity
* Organize the above into a menu-driven DVD
* If possible, recommend where we can get copies of the DVD made, preferable as a donation/grant/gift or the best rate possible.
* Expo will run from 10 am to 3 pm. PSA needs to be completed by November 30, as it will be used for pre-Expo publicity.
