Looking for people who can think "bigger" than their local community on these projects!
Please pass the word to others who think "outside the box" and can envision these projects being implemented.
Each project is listed separately here...
1) Disaster Medical Training class, from Ohio State University to SW Missouri
2) Fire Engine Loaner Program for Southern Missouri
3) Carrier-based Disaster Support Ship for major disasters
4) National Fraternity of Special Events Motorcycle Teams- nationwide for EMTs and Paramedics
5) Six-month LPN training
6) From India with Love - Rural Medical Assistants
7) Writers and other volunteers needed....
Please forgive the mispellings; I lost my Microsoft Word registration number and my SpellCheck wouldn't work earlier; I have recovered my registration numebr and will fix the individuals posting here after finals are over...tutoring is my 'bread and butter' at local colleges right now!

Description
Emergency Services Support:
Trying to bring the Rural Medical Assistant program from India to America, and combine it with the Emergency paramedic program already established here...
Trying to secure a Board to take a decommissioned aircraft carrier, and convert it to a disaster support ship; onboard will be thousands of pallets of blankets, tents, sleeping bags, and non-perishable food...also the Rural Medical Assistant program, Emergency Paramedic program, and a 6-month LPN class
Emergency Material Handling shall also be taught to students.
Locally, we plan on setting up a Fire Engine Loaner Program to assist the rural fire departments of Souther Missouri...
In addition, we plan on financing more federal training programs, offering them in the rural areas so that the volunteers do not have to travel as far as they normally would...
We have been offered an old radio station complete with a high communications tower attached, and a warehouse in the Springfield area...
