The greeter is a team player with an important role to play at the Statesville Family YMCA. Your enthusiasm for connecting with members and guests will set the tone that creates a positive experience for all the members of our community. Your smile and ability to engage children, adults, and families is the community's initial contact with the YMCA.

We are looking for volunteers who are willing to take on an ongoing opportunity with 4-10 hours a week.

Principal Activities

• Greet members, participants, staff and all those in our community in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Help direct members and guests to where they need to go in the facility.
• Respond to needs and questions with accurate information.
• Give tours and educate members and prospective members on services, programs, events and volunteer opportunities
