• Accesioning - Catalogue donated items and write up description of donated items. On-the-job training.

• Bulk Mailings...The Tracer and Society’s Page -Fold the newsletters, seal and label.

• Bakers -Provide baked goods to be sold a specail programs

• Demonstrators - weaving, spinning, quilting, sewing, tatting, knitting or crocheting.

• Docents -Lead groups of students, as well as special visiting groups, around the museum campus and teach them about various aspects that range from learning in a turn-of-the-century school to growing up in a log cabin.

• Maintenance - Maintenance and restoration work on historic buildings owned by the Society. Includes everything from painting to plumbing, building displays and changing fluorescent tubes.

• Muscle Crew - Every one with a strong back is welcome.

• ____ Occasionally there is a need to move part of the collection and other heavy items. Scheduled as needed.
• ____ Heritage Fair, second Sunday in July -- Setup and/or Take Down Crew
• ____ Cider Festival, first Sunday in October -- Setup and/or Take Down Crew

• Speakers Bureau - People knowledgeable about historical topics of interest who are willing to share that knowledge with community groups.

• Technology - People who know their way around computers and electronic devises to help implement various projects.

• Quilt Raffle - Chair Quilt Raffle program by coordinating people to sell the Heritage Quilters’ annual fundraising quilt at various locations around the county. Locales include Woodstock’s HarvestFest in mid-September and during Countryside Nursery’s annual quilt show. People also are needed to sell Quilt Raffle tickets at various city festivals and events.
