We need help planning and hosting our medical conference on November 7, 2014 at Scottish Rite Hospital. We need volunteers to help with registration, marketing, and as guides. If you want to learn the inner workings of a major conference, join our team.

Please let me know if you can help us with any of these jobs. We need you. We are weeks away from the conference and so much still needs to be done. I have listed the help we need. Please e-mail or call me if you can. Also, please like us on Facebook and share the conference information with any therapists, social workers or anyone in the behavioral health field. Let me know if you can help. Thanks Before the conference ( some work can be done at Galaxy and other work at your home) 1. Monday, Tuesday ~ putting postage and labels on postcards. 2. Searching the internet for the names and e-mail address of therapists and social workers. 3. Posting the conference press release on websites 4. Traffic ~ Helping to organize the flow of the conference ( 2 people) 5. General Administration ~ Helping the conference organizer with everything. 6. Stuffing conference folders with information (Nov 1-3) Day of Show 1. Working the registration table (3 people) 2. Hosting speakers (2 people) 3. Helping with CEUs (2 people) 4. Setting up breakfast and lunch 5. Traffic, organizing the flow of the event. Assigning rooms etc. 6. Hostesses (5 people)
