ORGANIZATION: UCP CENTRAL PA

Are you a community member or business leader who is a sports aficionado and you are looking to give back to the community in a measurable way? If so, then the Sports Auction Planning Committee may be the volunteer opportunity for you! We are actively searching for four to six additional committee members to assist with the planning and execution of this sports-themed event, including: assistance with overall planning and logistics, assistance with marketing and promotion, solicitation of financial support, and assistance with mailings. The Sports Auction is an annual event dedicated to bringing a diverse selection of sports memorabilia to Harrisburg though a single-day event that includes live and silent auctions. Your expertise, energy, and ideas are eagerly sought to help us continue our efforts. Please consider joining our Sports Auction Planning Committee. The meets monthly January- June. The 30th Annual Sports Auction event will be held Saturday, early June 2016 at the Carousel Pavilion on City Island, Harrisburg.
