Love Dogs and Cats? Volunteer at a 5K Run/1K Walk to support Animal Rescue on October 26th @ Kenneth Hahn Park. Many positions available including being a pacer or setting up the picnic. The park does require $6 parking. Volunteers will enjoy a celebratory vegan picnic and will be given our event tee shirt. Ask us how you can fundraise ahead of the event for the three animal rescues.
Have a blast saving animals!

Mission Statement
Every second of every minute of every day, a helpless animal is put to death in the shelter system because no one was there to take them home. Take Me Home believes every animal has the right to be saved. Take Me Home strives to raise awareness and help the public understand why it is so rewarding and important to rescue an animal. We will not give up until every animal is taken home!
Description
Take Me Home (TMH), is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization that has been saving the lives of homeless animals since 2001. We work in conjunction with shelters and rescues throughout California and beyond to help save dogs on death row, on the streets or in unsafe living conditions. Our team is driven by love, compassion and doing right by innocent animals who have no voice. We are very skilled in running mobile dog adoptions and working with families in all aspects of finding their new family member. We also have an on-site trainer at most of our adoption events and available as a resource after our dogs are placed in loving homes. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, brought up-to-date on all shots and are micro-chipped. If we pull a dog from a shelter, we will quarantine him/her to ensure they are healthy before they go home. We also have an amazing foster program available for our special needs and older dogs. As with any non-profit organization, we rely solely on funds from generous and cherished supporters to keep our doors open to save more lives. If you're not ready to adopt, please still consider donating to Take Me Home (www.takemehome.tv) today. Every little bit helps!
