The Textile Society of America is looking for a number of friendly and reliable individuals to volunteer their time Tuesday September 9 - Saturday September 13, at our Biannual Textile Symposium. The Symposium brings together individuals from around the world and across disciplines, facilitating cross-disciplinary exchange. This year's program in Los Angeles includes two full days of multiple concurrent sessions on the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) campus and a full day of plenary sessions at Los Angeles Country Museum of Art (LACMA).Volunteers are vital to the Symposium's success and we greatly appreciate the donation of your time.

Volunteers may attend sessions equivalent to the time spent volunteering and socialize with attendees. Some volunteer assignments allow one to hear talks from the back of the room. Those volunteering at least 8 hours in a day will receive lunch. We ask that volunteers sign up for a minimum of 6 hours over the course of the Symposium.
