New Horizon School LA aims to create a safe and nurturing environment that stimulates intellectual curiosity and independence. We seek to empower our students with independence, moral strength, and the education necessary to successfully contribute in a dynamic contemporary world. One of our goals is to b roaden cultural awareness by fostering an appreciation for art. This is where you come in!

We are seeking enthusiastic and positive art students to join us in an amazing opportunity to volunteer at our school, and share their love for art with our students. This is your chance to give back to your community, and we would love to hear from you!

Location: 434 S Vermont Ave, CA 90020

Art Teacher Work Hours:

Approximately 3 hours a week for 10 months. About 20 days are school holidays and you will not have to come in.

Monday 10:40am-11:25am(2nd & 3rd Grade combination class)

Thursday: 2:40pm-3:25pm (1st Grade)

Friday: 2:40pm-3:25pm (4th & 5th Grade combination class)

$50.00 a month transportation stipend = $500.00 for the 10 month school year
