Most of the youth in our after school program are hunger insecure, meaning they receive free lunch at school and may or may not be guaranteed a dinner at home. As the dinner manager, help us insure all of our youth receive a nutritious supper daily! You'll be responsible for serving dinner for 15 youth, keeping records of meals served, cleaning serving utensils and disposing of left over food after the meal. We need two volunteers to serve Monday through Friday. Volunteers are asked to commit to serving dinner one day a week for the course of the semester.

Description
Jubilee, is the newest program of the 501©3 nonprofit Newborn Holistic Ministries, Inc. also known as "Newborn" which was founded in 1996 by a life-long community resident of Sandtown, Elder C.W. Harris. Here At Jubilee Arts, residents have the opportunity to realize their talents in different areas of the creative arts by exploring a variety of mediums in the visual arts, various dance classes and creative writing forms. Jubilee’s programs are built on the understanding that an introduction to the arts can increase learning skills, and self-discovery, by providing a stimulating environment.
