The Literary Freedom Project seeks to build a board of directors comprised of smart people who will commit to lead this small, effective Bronx-based literary arts organization. LFP is a 501c3 tax-exempt arts organization that seeks to restore the importance of reading books as an essential tool to develop intelligent, productive, and engaged young people. Towards this goal, LFP publishes Mosaic Literary Magazine; develops literature-based lesson plans; hosts the Mosaic Literary Conference, an annual literature-education event; and organizes the community-reading initiative, We Are Family Book Club.
We have all the pieces but lack the cohesive consistency of like thinkers who are willing to take governance. Is this you? Contact us today.
