Description : Non-legal Internship for Fall 2014, September 8th to December 12 th (Dates are flexible per student’s class schedule and availability)
0B7 Outline of tasks/duties: The Intern will work with Victim Justice Program staff and volunteers on translations, research, and client communication. The Intern will also be responsible for interpretation at 3 different intake sites: Main Office (every Wednesday 10:00 AM), La Plaza (1 st and 3 rd Fridays), and Shepherd (2 nd & 3 rd Saturdays).
0B7 Time commitment: The internship requires a time commitment of 10 hours a week.
0B7 Qualifications: Must be fluent speakers in Spanish/English and must have a high writing proficiency in both languages.
0B7 Supervision: Intern reports directly to Patti LeSesne, Victim Justice Program Manager v

Description
Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic (NCLC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation offering pro bono legal representation and preventive law education to low-income families, including immigrant families. We accept clients in the greater Indianapolis metro area whose income is at or below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines.
