Volunteer for the Ironman Lake Tahoe Men’s/Women’s Bike-to-Run transition tent at Squaw Valley on September 21st and help Disabled Sports USA Far West at Tahoe earn an Ironman Foundation grant.

The Ironman Foundation is giving us a big donation for staffing these tents so we want to do a great job for them.

We need 30 women to sign up for the women's tent and 30 men to sign up for the men's tent. There are 2 shifts for each: 9:30am-2:30pm and 2:00pm-6:00pm. We have 15 for each shift so far. The tents are in Squaw Valley so you'll be in the heart of the action and fun!

Your job will be to help the athletes as they change from their bike gear to their running stuff. The 9:30-2:30 shift will help set up everything inside the tent and the 2:00-6:00 shift will make sure all the athlete bags get back in order, ready for pick up.

Your family and friends can volunteer too! Just s ign up on the Ironman Volunteer Group website . The password for our group is - sports - (all lower case), then choose one of the Disabled Sports Change Tent shifts. IMPORTANT!! Don't go to the regular Ironman volunteer website.
