Join us at one of our biggest events of the year! Our Bike MS ROC the Ride event kicks off at Genesee Valley Park. Cyclists will travel throughout Rochester and surrounding areas completing a 100 mile ride. Across the miles we will have a number of rest stops set up for the cyclists where they can take a break, stretch their legs, get something to eat and drink, and socialize before they head back out on the road and continue their ride for MS.
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to oversee rest stops in Spencerport, Brockport, Scottsville, Hamlin, Hilton, Charlotte, Honeoye Falls, and Pittsford as well as in Albion and Waterport in Orleans County.
We provide the set-up, you provide the fun! These hard working cyclists are doing something for MS and appreciate the help, kindness and support that our rest stop volunteers share.
Bring a friend or two to man the rest stop with you. Or, join a group that’s already on board. We look forward to having you spend some time with our cyclists during Bike MS!
Rest stop shifts during the day will depend on their location.
