Why We Need You:
Being sick or injured can be scary, getting care shouldn't be! We need helpful and outgoing volunteers to ease the anxiety of visitors and patients by providing great information and concierge services.
What We Need You To Do:
Concierge desk associates volunteers assist our visitors and patients by:
- Answering patient information calls
- Providing directions to various testing locations
- Answering general questions about hospital services
Guest Relation Embassadors will assist with:
- Escorting individuals to their destination on the hospital campus
What You Need To Be Successful:
Volunteers who do well in this role are usually outgoing, friendly and adaptable to an ever changing environment. Basic computer skills (just typing!) and problem solving are huge pluses!
